Typically, our pricing is based on a per-photo basis. Let’s say you have two products and desire three photos for each; we would then calculate a quote for a total of six photos. However, there’s a twist when it comes to our Amazon packages. These bundles are structured as comprehensive deals, offering you multiple photos at a unified rate.
Determining the price for product photography can be influenced by various factors such as the quantity of items, intricacy of the shots, equipment quality, and photographer’s skill level. Generally, photographers may offer hourly rates, per-photo charges, or customized package deals based on the client’s unique demands. To obtain an accurate quote, it’s advisable to directly communicate with a photographer or photography studio regarding your project specifics.
Before starting your project we will send you a detailed quote which includes a payment link which you can use to submit payment electronically. We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.
Shipping.
In most cases, yes! Keep in mind, due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses. The cost of return shipping will be quoted on your estimate & invoice. You can also provide a return shipping label, or your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one.
Alternatively, at your direction we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t need them returned.
Likely! However, if you’re planning to send exceptionally large or heavy products, kindly get in touch with us before shipment. . Products exceeding 3 feet on the longest side may incur an additional charge based on size.
Process.
You don’t have to be based in Chicago or even in the United States to collaborate with us! In fact, more than 95% of our clients are situated outside the Chicago’s area.* From the outset, we’ve primarily operated as a “mail-order” service, offering professional product photography regardless of your location.
Typically, product photography projects are completed within approximately 7 days, excluding holidays, from the time we receive your products and payment. However, if your project entails a significant number of photos, this may extend the production time.
If an error occurs on our part, we’re more than happy to re-shoot or edit the photos at no additional cost to ensure they meet your expectations. However, re-shoots requested for artistic or editorial reasons, or due to client error or omission, will be quoted accordingly at the time of the change request.
Delivery.
Each individual product photo is provided in high resolution, with a 300 DPI JPEG format, utilizing maximum quality settings and measuring 2000×2000 pixels in size.
Hero shots, sized at 6000 x 4000 pixels (before cropping), are delivered as transparent .png files.
Furthermore, aside from the high-resolution originals, our server offers the option to select from various smaller-sized JPEG images optimized for web use.
We deliver completed photos through our online image gallery. Once your project is finished, you’ll receive a unique link to access your account. From there, you can easily view and download the high-resolution images. Additionally, we store your images up to 6 months.
